Audeze MM-520 Review!
Reviewing a $1700 headphone is a funny thing. Audeze focuses this product on recording and mixing work, but there's also an idea of something like this being used for entertainment too. Grading ideas like "value" and "quality" are tricky when we're climbing to higher and higher prices.
Still, this is an interesting turn for the brand, and an adjustment over the MM-500 that is worth talking about.

Meze 99 Classics V2 Review!
Meze has a HUGE reputation for making beautiful headphones, which are incredibly comfortable, and sound great. I have to admit, I wasn't the biggest fan of the original 99 Classics.
Now refreshing the Classic line, Meze is claiming that the 99 V2 has a more neutral sound. Let's see if they can thread that needle. Can they make "mids junkies" like me happy, without alienating fans of the original 99's?

Status Pro X long term test drive!
Spending a few weeks with the new triple driver earbuds from Status. This is a REALLY fun sound for consumer buds, with solid ANC, and decent battery life.
I like this vibe a LOT, but there's one small issue for our hearing health...
Meze 105 Silva review!
Spending some quality time with a really pretty headphone. Meze makes some of the most comfortable audio gear I've ever used. The 105 Silva are a new variation on the Meze mid-range, and sport a really pretty wood finish.

I've eagerly been anticipating the release of the XM6, but my first impressions were a little disappointing.
This is still the best TRAVEL premium headphone on the market, but depending on your ears, they might need a little EQ help.

NeoBuds Planar Review!
I'm a NUT for that planar punch! I'm still concerned about the longevity of EXPENSIVE true wireless earbuds, but if we're going to take TWS more seriously, we need to see more options in the premium space. Sound quality doesn't necessarily improve with a more expensive earbud, but we should see competition that delivers more specific tuning and presentation.
No one stumbles on Edifier by accident. This is something unique.

H2O Audio Review!
I'm a BIG fan of bone conduction headphones, but even these might be a bit above my pay grade! You've got to build audio to a different level to cater to folks competing in triathlons. For someone how takes casual hikes out in the hills, I'm definitely not working this headset as hard as it can go.
For the folks who NEED that kind of capability though, I think they're in for a treat...

Edifier Stax S5 review!
They're pricey, but they're fantastic. I love how a planar driver produces sound, and I'm excited to see more and more consumer focused options with closed back designs. Edifier lacks ONE feature for broad consumer adoption, but we can't fault the sound quality here.
